RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Longevions. Because our products are ingestible dietary supplements, all sales are final. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason, including:

  • Change of mind

  • Preference for a different product

  • Perceived lack of results or dissatisfaction with how the product works for you

Once an order has been placed and payment has been processed, it cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded, except in the limited situations described under β€œDamages and Order Issues” below.

DAMAGES AND ORDER ISSUES

We stand behind the quality of our products and packaging. Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

Contact us at info@longevions.com within 7 days of delivery if:

  • Your order arrives damaged

  • You receive the wrong item

  • There is a missing item in your shipment

When you contact us, please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the packaging, shipping label, and product(s), if damaged or incorrect

If we determine that the issue is due to our error or carrier damage, we may, at our discretion:

  • Send a replacement, or

  • Issue a refund to your original payment method

We do not accept returns of opened products, even in damage/issue cases. Please do not send any items back to us unless we specifically instruct you to do so.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Due to the nature of our products, all Longevions items are non-returnable and non-refundable, except where required by law or in the limited situations described under β€œDamages and Order Issues.”

We also do not accept returns or offer refunds on:

  • Sale or promotional items

  • Gift cards

ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

Orders begin processing shortly after they are placed. Because of this:

  • We generally cannot modify or cancel an order once it has been submitted.

  • If you contact us at info@longevions.com immediately after placing your order, we will try to help, but we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations will be possible.

REFUNDS (IF APPROVED)

If a refund is approved under our β€œDamages and Order Issues” section:

  • We will notify you by email once your case is reviewed.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund.

If you have not received your refund after 10 business days from our confirmation, please first check with your bank or card issuer. If the issue persists, contact us at info@longevions.com.

SHIPPING ERRORS & LOST PACKAGES

If your tracking shows an order as delivered but you have not received it:

  1. Double-check the shipping address provided at checkout.

  2. Check with household members, building management, or neighbors.

  3. Contact the carrier (for example, USPS or UPS) with your tracking number.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to an address that was entered incorrectly at checkout. In some cases, at our discretion, we may offer a replacement order at a reduced cost, but this is not guaranteed.

CUSTOMERS OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES

At this time, our policies are based on U.S. e-commerce and consumer protection standards. If you are purchasing from a country that provides additional mandatory consumer rights (for example, certain β€œcooling-off” periods), those rights will apply to you despite anything in this policy, to the extent required by law.
